- Preheat oven to 200 degrees C.
- Sauté onion & garlic in the vegetable oil. Add green peas, green onion then paprika, onion powder, salt, black pepper, coriander, ginger powder, thyme and parsley. Stir for a few minutes then set aside to cool.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs then add salt, baking powder, onion powder, black pepper ,cheese, and flour and mix well with previous mix.
- Line the puff pastry squares next to each other in a shape of a big square, roll the dough to form a big square in a deep baking pan size 25*25 cm.
- Brush baking pan with some oil, place the dough on the prepared pan and bake in middle oven rack for 10 minutes.
- Pour the egg mixture over the puff pastry dough, spray with the cooking spray and bake for 20 minutes more until it is golden brown.
