Green Peas Pie

1Small pack puff pastry
50gLuna cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 cupFresh thyme, minced
1/2 cupParsley, minced
2Garlic cloves, crushed
3Green onions sticks, chopped
1White onion, diced
1/2 cupLuna green peas
1/2 teaspoonPaprika
1/2 teaspoonOnion powder
1/2 teaspoonBlack pepper
1/2 teaspoonSalt
1/2 teaspoonCoriander
1/4 teaspoonGinger powder
SomeCooking spray
Egg mixture ingredients
1/2 teaspoonSalt
1 1/2 teaspoonsBaking powder
1 teaspoonOnion powder
1/4 teaspoonBlack pepper
1 tablespoonFlour


  • Preheat oven to 200 degrees C.
  • Sauté onion & garlic in the vegetable oil. Add green peas, green onion then paprika, onion powder, salt, black pepper, coriander, ginger powder, thyme and parsley. Stir for a few minutes then set aside to cool.
  • In a bowl, whisk eggs then add salt, baking powder, onion powder, black pepper ,cheese, and flour and mix well with previous mix.
  • Line the puff pastry squares next to each other in a shape of a big square, roll the dough to form a big square in a deep baking pan size 25*25 cm.
  • Brush baking pan with some oil, place the dough on the prepared pan and bake in middle oven rack for 10 minutes.
  • Pour the egg mixture over the puff pastry dough, spray with the cooking spray and bake for 20 minutes more until it is golden brown.
